WHO WE ARE

Jeffrey C. Revel Sr.*, born and raised in PG County, MD, brings an unmatched passion for sports and a wealth of experience to R3vel & Vick Sports & Entertainment. With over 6 years on the senior administration team for Division 1 NCAA programs, over 10 years of contract negotiations and redlining, and over 6 years in the finance field working with premier teams such as the Washington Mystics, Capitals, and Wizards, Jeffrey is a seasoned veteran in the sports industry. His MBA, earned in 2018, further solidifies his expertise in business and finance.

In 2023, Jeffrey further expanded his credentials by earning his NFLPA Contract Advisor license, positioning him to offer comprehensive representation and advocacy for NFL players. This achievement underscores his commitment to excellence and his dedication to serving athletes at the highest level.

Jeffrey’s journey began at the age of 13 when his love for sports drove him to carve out a future in sports executive management. Motivated by the significant underrepresentation of African Americans in executive positions, despite comprising 60% of on-field talent, Jeffrey’s mission is to change the narrative. His goal is to increase the number of players represented by minorities and ensure a more inclusive sports industry.

R3vel & Vick Sports & Entertainment, founded on June 19th, 2021, in collaboration with his childhood friends Rakeem Vick and PJ Miller, is the embodiment of Jeffrey’s vision. The agency is dedicated to offering top-notch representation for athletes, fostering equitable opportunities, and establishing a legacy of diversity and excellence in sports management.
